Parent-Teacher Conferences

                    October 29 & 30, 2007

Kindergarten-Grade 5

• Conferences are scheduled for 10 minutes, contact the teacher to set up an alternate day and time if more time needed

• Regular dismissal on October 29

• 12:35 pm dismissal on October 30

• No Aftercare provided on October 30

• Preschool will have regular classes both days

• Report cards will be distributed to parents at conferences.

• Return request form (below) to indicate date and time preference for conference or if you wish to also meet with teachers of Music, Computer or Gym.

• Please return completed form below no later than Wednesday, October 24.

Middle School

• Regular dismissal on October 29

• No Aftercare provided on October 30

• All conferences held in the Social Hall, all subject teachers will be represented

• Meet with homeroom teacher first; report cards will be distributed at that time

• Conferences are scheduled for approximately 10 minutes each. Please be patient and understand that you may have to wait to speak to a particular teacher

• You are encouraged to visit with all your child's teachers but especially those with whom you have concerns.

• If you cannot attend conferences on these dates, please call the school office to set up an alternate time.

• Please complete and return the form (below) indicating the time frame in which you are planning to attend. Return to your child's homeroom teacher no later than Wednesday, October 24.
